TTFC Essex have over 50 years combined experience of the refractory concrete industry. We manufacture our own quality components, as well as being stockists of Schiedel Isokern and Hanson Redbank products.

We are based in South Ockendon, Essex, within the Thames Gateway, and offer our services and products nationwide to a comprehensive range of clients, from private individuals to large and small builders, architects and the "trade" in general.

We can also provide a chimney design service with product specifications covering pumice, concrete, ceramic and stainless steel flues and chimney systems. In addition, we also manufacture our own range of concrete gathers, which will span an opening from 600mm to 1500mm wide, as well as inglenooks, for which we can supply a optional damper arrangement, for closing off the chimney when not in use.

Over many years, we have manufactured and supplied large bespoke flues, gathers and other flue-related components to prestigious projects throughout the UK. We can provide quotations and relevant sketches to assist construction. We offer an efficient delivery of concrete and ceramic products with experienced, on-site advice or from our office at all stages. For existing properties, where the flue is not working to its full potential we offer an on-site consultation service.
